New Customers Only — This promotional rate is available exclusively to new customers of ParkIt Management Garages and its affiliates.

Vehicle Category — This is the Sedan rate. If the operator determines your vehicle belongs to a different category (e.g., oversized or luxury/exotic), it may not be accommodated, or your monthly rate may be adjusted — you will be responsible for the difference on-site. For exotic or luxury vehicles, please call (212) 929-9404.

Electric Vehicles — All EVs are considered specialty vehicles, and space is subject to availability. If accommodated, your monthly rate will be adjusted to a higher rate (payable on-site), and additional charges — including but not limited to charging station fees — will apply.

Auto-Renewal — Your Monthly Space Rental automatically renews unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days before your billing cycle begins. If not cancelled, the credit card on file will be charged the rate shown above for your 2nd month of parking. If your start date falls after the 7th of the month, your 2nd month will be prorated to align your account with a calendar-month billing cycle.
